Before joining GHC in 1985 Rodger had 15 years multi-line claims experience with Crawford & Company including commercial, residential property and all types of casualty. He was also the Manager of Crawford's East and North San Francisco Bay offices for seven years. His training includes CPCU courses, advanced casualty and property courses and workers' compensation courses through IEA. Rodger graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics.

Marizel is a Multi-Line Claims Adjuster, specializing in adjusting and investigations of minor to complex casualty claims. Marizel has investigated, negotiated and settled a full array of bodily injury claims. She also has extensive experience handling property damage, physical damage, product and food-related illness claims. Prior to joining GHC, Marizel was with Crawford & Company for 13 years as a Claims Adjuster, then as Casualty and Vehicle Claims Supervisor. Marizel has a BA from California State University, San Jose.

A licensed California Adjuster, Bill has a unique background in insurance claims. With over 29 years experience in the insurance industry, investigating, evaluating and settling liability claims, Bill has worked with both insured and self-insured clients. As a graduate of Niagara University, Bill's insurance career began with a major carrier in 1978, handling nationwide accounts such as Otis Elevator, JC Penney, and UPS. He has also handled claims on behalf of a TPA for a major grocery store chain and started a TPA for an insurance broker's construction clients. Bill has worked with carriers regarding coverage issues, including Montrose endorsements and Armstrong elections. Bill’s experience also includes managing a liability captive program for equipment rental stores, which netted a $2M profit.

Tamikia joined the GHC Claims Adjuster team in San Jose, CA in 2010. She began her career in 2002 as a Personal Lines Claims Investigator at Sentry Insurance in Englewood, CO. Highly proficient in claims investigation, evaluation and settlement negotiation as well as in all activities that move claim handling processes forward with timeliness and efficiency, Tamikia holds a AAS in Criminal Justice and Certificates in Paralegal Studies and Project Management. Tamikia also holds a BS in Human Resource Management and is currently a Regis University MBA candidate.
