Teresa has been in the insurance industry for 25 years. She began her career with Mercury Casualty adjusting liability claims. She increased her knowledge in handling complex bodily injury cases as a Senior Claims Examiner and further pursued her knowledge in handling construction defect cases with Reliance Insurance and Crawford Technical. In 1996 she earned her AA at California College of Business and Law, along with Paralegal Certification.

Juanita began her claims career in 1996 at Insurance Overload Systems where she handled home owners, property, commercial, contractors and automobile claims. She joined GHC in 2005 and is experienced in handling construction defect, mold, general liability and workers' compensation claims. Juanita earned her AA at Bliss Business College.

Duane began his insurance career in 1997 at Southern California Physicians Insurance Exchange (SCPIE) handling professional liability claims for physicians. Prior to that Duane worked in the legal profession for a Los Angeles based insurance defense firm. In 2002, Duane began working with Design Professionals Insurance Company (a subsidiary of Royal & Sun Alliance) handling professional liability claims for architects and engineers. He continued his experience handling professional liability claims and expanded his claims handling to include construction defect claims when he joined XL Capital's Design Professional Company in January 2004. He joined GHC in 2007. Duane holds a BS and JD from The University of Iowa.

Connie Lozano began her insurance career in 1969 with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, handling auto claims, first and third party commercial liability to include construction defect, errors and omission, asbestos, environmental and first party property. Later she worked for Mission Insurance Company, NAICC, Canadian / Citation / Sequoia Ins. Co., Lancer, and Crawford. Highly experienced in handling litigated and non-litigated first and third party liability / casualty claims, Connie also has strong investigation and business skills. Her continuous education work includes numerous adjuster training courses, industry seminars and workshops in coverage analysis, medical review, and wrongful termination and negotiations.

Gigi began her career in insurance in the 1960's handling auto, medical and homeowner claims. Over her 40+ years in the industry she has handled both personal and commercial property claims, auto and general liability, excess liability, and business interruption. For the last 25 years she has handled construction defect claims both on the developer and sub contractor sides. She attended the GAB estimating school and has enhanced her knowledge of construction by attending numerous construction related seminars and college level courses. Her specialty is concrete issues where she has a long history both with suppliers and installers.

Richard began his claims career in 1998 at Risk Enterprise Management Limited handling construction defect claims. He is highly experienced in handling products liability, professional legal malpractice liability, medical malpractice liability, garage keepers liability, environmental toxic tort, employment and discrimination, and general liability claims. Prior to joining GHC in 2005, Richard handled construction defect claims at Crawford Technical Services. Richard earned an AA at Cerritos College, and a BS at DePaul University. In addition he holds an INS-General Insurance designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
