Steve began his claims career in 1979 while at Safeco Insurance investigating and adjusting a wide variety of claims. He has experience handling auto, property, worker's compensation, litigation and construction defect claims. He continued his career with USF&G prior to joining GHC in 1988. Steve uses his specialized technical skills on assignments from both insurance companies and self insured clients. Steve earned his BA from San Jose State University and his Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
