Diane began her claims adjusting career with Omni Administrators. Prior to joining GHC Diane was a Claims Manager for PMG Risk / Patterson Management Group, handling liability claims for a seven city JPA and several police departments in Marin County, California.

Cynthia is a Claims Adjuster who investigates and adjusts claims for insurance companies and self-insured entities, as well as manages and controls tort litigation and risk management for public agencies. Cynthia has over 20 years of experience in the claims industry. She started her career with Crawford & Company and has remained exclusive to independent adjusting companies. Cynthia earned Paralegal Certification from Merritt College in Oakland, and is educated in tort litigation and real estate law in addition to a pending ARM designation.

Sheri is a claims representative who handles claims for self-insured accounts, City of Vallejo, City of Berkeley, and insurance companies. She has extensive experience in the claims industry with exposure to Multi-Line claims handling. Sheri began her career with Rathbone, King & Seeley. She worked her way up to a claims examiner position where she handled physical damage, automobile liability, general liability, and homeowners liability claims. Sheri has completed numerous IEA claims courses.

Steve began his claims career in 1979 while at Safeco Insurance investigating and adjusting a wide variety of claims. He has experience handling auto, property, worker's compensation, litigation and construction defect claims. He continued his career with USF&G prior to joining GHC in 1988. Steve uses his specialized technical skills on assignments from both insurance companies and self insured clients. Steve earned his BA from San Jose State University and his Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from the Insurance Institute of America.

Beth Miller is Branch Manager of GHC's Fairfield Office. A seasoned TPA professional, she started her claims career in 1976 at State Farm Insurance. During her State Farm career she handled and managed auto liability, first and third party property damage, serious injury, and litigation claims. Beth obtained CPCU designation in 1990 and has IIA General Insurance designation.

Richard R. Reza has nearly 40 years of claims experience. He is the third party claims administrator for Trindel Insurance Fund and has handled the first-party and third-party claims for nine of Trindel's 10 counties for the last nine years. Richard has been the third party claims administrator for the County of Lake for 15 years, and the third party claims administrator for Sonoma County Fairgrounds for the last three years. He has represented and handled claims for City of Benicia, Vallejo Unified School District, Solano County, City of Fairfield, Napa County, City of Napa, Napa Unified School District, City of American Canyon, City of Calistoga, City of Yountville and BASIC. Mr. Reza holds a BA from San Diego State College & is a Registered Professional Adjuster (RPA).
